In the Spring of 2010, we're excited to add Rowe Furniture as a featured supplier of customizable upholstery. Rowe is recongnized throughout the industry as a leader in sustainable furniture manufacturing practice, as well as a leader in contemporary fashion design. In 2008 Rowe assumed ownership of Clayton Marcus, and at this writing both Clayton Marcus and Rowe are being produced under one roof at Rowe's state of the art manufacturing facilities in Elliston VA. As such, the construction and finishing standards of Rowe and Clayton Marcus are identical in almost every respect, save one, which is that Rowe sofas utilize sinuous coil seat suspension, as opposed to the classic eight-way hand tied suspension of Clayton Marcus. Otherwise, like Clayton Marcus, Rowe frames frames are manufactured to the highest possible quality standards, consisting of 100% hardwood & hardwood laminate frames, with all joints mortised & tenoned, double-dowelled, blocked, screwed & glued.  Optional extra firm or feather down cushions are available on many frames. And like Clayton Marcus, Rowe offers a really extensive selection of remarkable fabrics, providing customers an exceptional range of choice in custom design options for all their upholstery.

Like Clayton Marcus, Rowe specializes exclusively in stationary upholstery. Moreso than Clayton Marcus, Rowe ranges broadly from the traditional to the Contemporary, with a substantial Slipcover program, and a large selection of apartment size sofas. Whereas Clayton Marcus Sofas tend to start at around $1400, our prices for Rowe sofas will start at around $1000.00. Order production times at present are expected to run 4-6 weeks. All Rowe furniture features a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, suspension systems, and cushions. In the case of Rowe, as with Clayton Marcus, "limited lifetime" is for the life of the product, and not for any "average expected lifetime" of the product, as limited by some companies' low manufacturing standards!
